Me and my partner booked Tamanna's Brasserie for valentines night the week before, this was our first visit, we got there and was told it was a set meal for valentines and it would be £25 each which we was a little disappointed as we would of liked to of chose our own, but decided to stay and have the set menu. We were seated and were given the menu, it was salmon samosa on a small side plate with a bit of mixed salad and a like filled nan soft bread filled with a stewed lamb in gravy, to share and a small jug of mango sauce, this starter was very nice an we couldnt wait for the mains. All went down hill from there they brought a lamb dish and a chicken dish which was so so bland no spices at all, just like in a gravy again!! we was expecting a nice tasty curry!! this was accompanied with green beans and potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower in small balti dishes in the same gravy sauce no flavour at all, and a plain nan to share which was nice. then the desert arrived which was a treacle sponge ball smaller than a golf ball with about 2 tbls of cream. We go out most weekends for a nice curry and some are better than others but this was the worst curry place we've ever visited. The bill ended up at £63 that was £50 for the food and £13 for 3 btls ov cobra and 2 lemonades.
