I ordered many small items with a really good bargain price and get free delivery as i's over £10. The company send it by second class with no recorded. After 10 days I sent an email that I still did not receive an item. Very quick reply from customer service asked me to check with neighbours and local post office. Next day I went to check with neighbours and local post office unfortunately no one got my parcel. I contact customer service, Debbi, she said she will send a replacement. It took another week, I still did not receive anything. It has been A VERY BAD EXPEREIENCED SHOPPING WITH THEM.
