I read these reviews with horror. But on speaking to the man on the phone he assured me this company had been taken over by new management & ownership in December 2013. They were very efficient and the quality of fruit & baskets was excellent

I recently had the hard task if ordering flowers for my late dads funeral service not helped by the fact I live in Cardiff funeral was in Newcastle thought I,d take the chance of ordering online,I placed the order with a very special personalized message in the ribbon and was anxious for this to go right. Anyaway in my haste I didn't add the name of the parlour or time of service. I realized this half way up the motorway and was in sheer panic as I had no contact details for the company. Arrived at the parlour to find a member of British bouquets staff had traced the parlour and telephoned to find out the time of the service. The beautiful heart tribute was waiting when I got there in a blind panic complete with my ribboned message. British Bouquets went above and beyond my expectations and even sent my flowers on a AM service without charge and made a very sad time for me a little easier. I will continually use them after this.

beautiful bunch delivered to my neighbour as a thank you for all her recent help, ordered on the Wednesday got them on the thursday. found the site to be user friendly and was given a discount to use on my flowers. I always look for free delivery on things as many will know moneys tight enough just now and this is what swayed me to go with them however now i have i will certainly return.

last week ordered a get well gift for my dear friend who was in hospital she received a bright coloured get well soon balloon with bright ribbon and weight along with a sweet selection of fresh fruit delivered to her ward, now i had great difficulty finding a company willing to deliver to a hospital as apparently its not the norm! telephoned them to enquire and was helped by a pleasant young lady who took the details for me to save me going back on and doing it myself, Im new to this web shopping idea but must say I was thoroughly impressed with this service Top Banana!!!

Having recently ordered this bunch of flowers for mothers day I found this site to be most helpful, I chose free delivery which apparently can take up to 2 days,mines were ordered friday morning and delivered saturday morning most impressive if you ask me ok not mothering sunday but still good. the flowers my mum got were lovely and fresh and at time of writing this still blooming, i will certainly visit this site again for forthcoming occasions. I hope this helps some people make up there minds :)

I was recommened by a friend to use this company to send a bouquet of flowers to my grandmother who wasnt keeping too well. I was absolutely delighted with the service i recieved when i called in for help while placing my order. The order arrived the next morning and i recieved a call from my grandmother saying the bouquet she had recieved was absolutely beautiful. Overall i will keep using this company and recomend it. The customer service from the company was absolutely fantastic. I would definately use this service again and reccomend to my friends and family. the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and of such a high standard and everyone loved them. I have prevously also ordered balloons from this company which were also great with a fantastic choice. Overall i would definatley not hesitate in using them in the future.

i got these flowers from my work friends while in hospital also got another bunch sent from a relative in new zealand at the same time from the main name in flower sending(not sure if i can name them) well now been home 5 days and my flowers are still blooming the other lot had to be left at the hospital as they were to put it nicely half dead on arrival. the difference was uncomparable as these ones had a little hand written message and nice chocs, the other lot were drooping and limp from day 1. when i asked my friend where she got them came across this link...Well i will certainly use them again as i really feel for my cousin who was ripped off by the other company(although cant bring my self to tell him)

Excellent service!!!! ordered on thursday morning and were deivered on Friday morning. A lovely mix of pink yellow and white roses in crisp white gyp stuff they were wrapped in lovely tissue paper with cellophane and to date are still blooming. I felt compelled to write this review as couldnt believe it was same company and feel we should reflect service good and bad to make this a fair reflection. All in all would certainly use british bouquets again.

I received this beautiful bunch on Thursday with a message saying simply Have a great day! It being my 50th birthday i had lots of gifts but wanted to thank whoever sent them. I called the call centre line and was helped by a lovely lady who explained she was unable to tell me but that she would phone the sender immediately. Within 5 minutes my neice telephoned to say that in her haste she'd forgot to add her and her familys names, I rarely see my neice and this was a lovely surprise. I feel that at a busy time of the year this team went above and beyond the call of duty to help me not just dismissing my query as so many do nowadays. To top it all they are lovely bunch i also received another bunch in the post that were limp and dead by Friday, needless to say not from british bouquets, SO well done!!!!

I recently had a hip replacement and was looking to order my yearly christmas wreath for my husbands grave. I normally just pick one up at my local supermarket but was unable to do so due to my mobility problem so chose to order one online from this site. I telephoned first to ask advice on the most suitbale and was helped immensley by a lady until i found the right one. It arrived the following afternoon and i have to say was the most wonderful wreath i have purchased to date, the decor and holly was outstanding. Needless to say I will continue to order year after year in this way from now on, just goes to show sometimes change is good!!!

Ordered flowers and a balloon from British Bouquets at 2.50pm and asked for next day delivery.My aunt called me at 9.15am the next morning and was ecstatic,she said it was the nicest flowers she had ever received and when she opened the balloon it popped out the box and was beautifully decorated with matching tissue paper and lots of confetti.
Rang customer services to thank them and they were so polite and pleasant.
Fab company will certainly recommend to all my family and friends. Thank you so much makes a change to receive what you pay for on the internet.xx

I was recomended to this company by a friend of the family and i was more than delighted with the service and the bouquet of flowers which i recieved. Also customer services were more than happy to help when i called in to say i had provided the wrong postcode for the delivery address. Overall i would highly recommend this company.
