The home page for this website is appalling, there is no navigational bar and it is difficult to get around without such a tool. After filling in the first form for my car, i was prompted to another form! Stage 2 of 3, great, that meant another. Select up to 4 parts per request, it told me, personally I wanted 1, but what if somebody wanted 5 in an easy form? Does that not lose business in some way? I know I wouldnt appreciate going through this process again. The information asked was timely and unnecessary, with large drop down boxes and text boxes per part. I much prefer the layout of my usual site for car parts, where they provide a service that is affordable, and exceptionally simplistic, with calls that are answer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who could go wrong?

Very Poor Business Practice No Back Up When Ripped
Very poor business practice no back up when ripped off by one of their contacts. One of their suppliers did not send part and would not refund my money contacted carsparefinder by email and received no response. The supplier was pc recyclers strongly advise against having any dealings with.
We have no record of this car parts consumer ever contacting CarSpareFinder adminstrators. As a condition of use, every consumer agrees to our Terms and Conditions, which includes that the Contract is between the Consumer and the Vehicle Part Supplier.CarSpareFinder wishes to maintain and to continue to build its Brand reputation as one of the TOP 6 UK Parts Location services. We have very little issue with the supplier in question (one complaint in 2007, resolved to the customer's satisfaction, plus the alleged one).CarSpareFinder has a policy of not renewing the monthly contract with any breaker in the event that a customer does not receive satisfaction. Although it may be many months later, if the consumer in question now wishes to contact CarSpareFinder and to provide evidence of a continuing dispute with the supplier (assuming it has not yet been resolved as I would imagine it has), we will (a) contact the supplier (b) not renew his account till you have received full satisfaction (c) advise you the best way to obtain satisfaction directly and via legal proceedings.We regret that you have had an unfortunate experience by using our parts location service. We regret also that CarSpareFinder did not have an opportunity to advise and assist you in a speedy resolution. We also regret that you found it necessary to publish negative feedback of CarSpareFinder. CarSpareFinder has 140,000 visitors a month to its site, and approximately 25,000 part requests on average a month. We experience perhaps 1 complaint a month, most of which are resolved within 7 days, not by default, rather by design.

I Received Excellent Friendly Customer Service At
I received excellent friendly customer service at Car Parts. Everything was done quickly and allowed me to get my hands on a part I was struggling to find. I was having trouble of finding a bonnet for my 02 Vauxhall Astra in the right colour, none of the local breaker yards had anything suitable in stock. This got round this problem for me, and I had 7 quotes in the space of a few hours.
