“Gift card order still "processing" 12 days later”

Don't order from the Wedding Channel.com! As I wedding guest, I ordered a gift card that was never delivered. My email inquiries were never answered. I waited 10 minutes on the phone to get a human to explain the lack of service. (It never was fully explained-in fact their answers contradicted information on their web site.) I am HOPING my order has been cancelled, however, this is still a concern. I would have given them 0 stars if possible!

“I placed an order for the sand and shells in a bottle...”

I placed an order for the sand and shells in a bottle on May 14, 2010. On June 15, 2010 when the product still has not arrived nor have I received any indication of the status, I cancelled the order. I received an email back indicating that they may not be able to cancel the order if the item has been processed or shipped. Two weeks later, I get the product in the mail and I "return to sender". They send me an email indicating that because it is a personalized item (they sent me a sheet of stickers to go on the bottles), that I am unable to return it. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM WEDDINGCHANNEL.COM they take entirely too long to process an order and they will get you if you are not satisfied!!! BEWARE!!

I placed an order Jan. 25th and did not receive it until Feb. 18th. Granted I did choose ground shipping and there were a number of snowstorms, but that is still quite late and not even close to "6-7 business days." When the box arrived, half of it was torn open. Luckily, the contents inside were not damaged. I'm glad I did not pay full price for their service.

I plates an ordered back in September 2008 with the Wedding Channel and that merchandise is back order. It won't deliver until December 2008. In November I received an email from them to tell me that my merchandise already ship to my house. I never received it. So I called and they told me they will ship them again. A month later I called and they told me that merchandise is back order and won't avaliable to ship out until April. I canceled that order and requested credit back to my account. It have been over month I still haven't received a credit back yet. Everytime I call them I have a different answer. They all promise me to credit back to my account but they never did.

I believe that Weddingchannel.com has been spamming me. I, in great error, created an account at the site. Now I cannot find a way to opt out of their emails and cannot seem to delete my account. I have emailed them several times and they continue to send me the same apparently irrelevant form letter responce. I called, but the the phone system just continues to say your call will be answered in 1 minute and 30 seconds. I got 20 minutes of that and hung up.

As a photographer who signed an advertising contract with weddingchannel.com, I can say that this was the worst decision ever. For astronomical monthly fees, they will list your business, but you will get zero hits to your website (which I do track with statcounter). No way out of the contract if they don't deliver as promised. Check their Better Business Bureau rating online and you'll see they received an F, because they refuse to do anything about their complaints or they simply don't acknowledge the complaints exist.

Wedding photographers, your advertising budget will be better spent elsewhere!

Especially since now they require every visitor to create an account with them before they can view your business information. This was not part of any contract I signed! I am glad that I will be out of it in a month.

Nobody wants to sign up for an account on a website just to see contact info for vendors. Folks will move on, and brides, you should move on. There are much easier and more informative sites out there which you can find with a simple online search.

I can't stress enough to stay away from this company!
