They have loads of customer bad reviews, and with good reason. We fixed their computer, but were never paid.We got a CCJ against them which we couldn't enforce becuase they moved address.Our bailiff spoke to their ex-landlord, who told him they did a moonlight flit because they didn't ay their rent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered some made-to-order shoes online with a delivery time of 10-12 weeks. 10 months later having chased lots of times I still have not received my shoes and I have been refused a refund despite Underground being in clear breach of contract on the order. I have had to contact Trading Standards!! I love Underground's design and products but I would not order online from them again. Still no idea when I will get my shoes or if I can finally resolve this with a refund and remain disappointed with the poor service levels.
