Slow Delivery, Wrong Cheaper Goods Sent
I ordered Fiamma Jumbo Ramps from them and after arriving a week later than stated, they sent unbranded cheap ramps for about half the price and though that was ok. No apology or explanation. I will never use this company again.

He Will Take Your Money For Parts Ordered And Tell
He will take your money for parts ordered and tell you they never showed up or the part's ordered got taken. I had to hire a lawyer to assist in getting my money back. The judge ruled against him however it's still in collections. Big time swindler.. THE OWNER AT EXTREAM AUTO IS A BAD DUDE....

Ordered touch up paint and given delivery date.
Date came and went with out delivery. Emailed and was told problem with courier and not them. No response or reply since nor a refund.
Also asked not to report to ebay as this marks there scoured down.
What a joke of a company. Also trade under different names.

Wrong Coluored Item
I ordered a Defender Signal Blocking Pouch for my wife in SIGNAL RED. Company confirms colour on its invoice. When it arrived it was BLACK. I could not be bothered in sending it back at my own cost so I have decided to keep it.
Quailty Control/Despatch department certainly needs improving.
I should have read the poor reviews that this company gets & avoided them

Too Slow
I ordered through Amazon some basic screws to fix the number plate on my car , very cheap but exactly what I wanted , received them on time only to find that they were plastic screws totally unsuitable for my car and NOTHING remotely like the ones in the picture . I complained via Amazon and eventually got a reply asking for a photo of the ones that they had sent , I provided the photo and sometime later got a message from them asking me to get back in touch on Monday and that they would try to resolve it . this message also wished me " have a nice weekend " with a smiley face attached .
Not only did they fail to deal with my complaint but asked me to recontact them , WHY surely any Reputable company would just have sent me the items that I originally ordered and maybe apologised for THEIR error . These screws cost just over £2.00 surely for the sake of Customer Service just send the ones that I ordered .
I ordered the screws from another seller and received them today ( Saturday ) I will never use Extreme Autos again , if they behave like this for an inexpensive order like this why would you trust them with a substantial order !!!

Order Never Delivered. No Answer On Mails
Ordered some car paint but the item was never delivered. I got no reaction on my e-mails. Using the dispute option in Paypal I got my money back (thanks again). I buy a lot of things online, but have never been treaded this way.

I ordered a set of front seat covers and the ad said that they would be the correct fitting for my car and as they asked the make and model I thought that was what I would get, I was so wrong, covers didn't even nearly fit so I sent them back and Extreme Auto Accessories charged me for sending them back.

Bosch Wiper Blades
I ordered a Bosch Wiper Blade twin pack. I received the twin pack but only one blade. Ok, I didn't open both packs straight away but opened it at the weekend when I had time to fit the wipers. I contacted this company by email and they did respond straight away but their reply went into my spam folder (???) so I didn't see it until three weeks later. Their response requested I send a photo of the pack?? Why? I sent the photo and got an email straight away to my inbox (not spam folder this time) to say that under their T's&C's I had 3 days to notify them of a problem. OK it was only £23 but I've not had a problem like this before buying stuff from Amazon.

Non Existent Customer Service Or Interest
Ordered a car seat cover for my new Golf. Arrived without the facility for a split rear seat even though their sales blurb says it will fit a VW Golf. Attempted to return it but just getting the run around. There are good companies out there. This is not one of them

Faulty Car Aerial
i bought acar aerial to replace my damaged one for my peugeot as i was getting interference through it but still not bad.It was listed as clear and interference free.It was quick delivery but after fitting it i was still getting a bit of interference from it,not just as bad but still annoying.I contacted them through amazon with whom i purchased it from. I got a e mail from them asking if i had fitted it right.I replied saying i had and waited for a response back, but still waiting.I have tried several times since to contact them through amazon after being told they would have to contact me after 3 days but still nothing.The aerial itself was not expensive but that is not the point it could have been.So beware stay clear from this firm
