Received my order within two days of ordering really pleased with product and such prompt service

Bought a new football shirt at great expense as a present for Christmas only to find it was not the size stated when ordering. After an initial call to customer services who tried to lay blame at my door, I eventually got to communicate via email to someone higher up in the department who was very helpful and sent a new shirt in the correct size without any issues.

ust wanted to write this review as there seems to be a mixed bag of positive and negitive reviews about Kitbag on scattered around on the internet. This was my first time ordering from Kitbag, so I wasn't sure what to expect, especially after reading the reviews already up. My order contained two football jerseys. Here are some pros and cons I've experienced: Pros: • As an England fan on the wrong side of the Atlantic (in the US), it is nearly impossible to get fan gear here, so I turned to Kitbag who have got a large selection of England & Premier League gear. • The prices are very reasonable and undercut the competition by a few quid. • Standard shipping to the US for two shirts was only $11 / £6.40 / €8 - Sports Direct wanted almost triple that for only one shirt. • Shipping via DHL Global Mail from Manchester to the US East Coast (Connecticut), took only 10 days, a reasonable time-frame. • Items arrived nicely packed, the correct size and order. Cons: • My items shipped via DHL Global Mail which is not trackable. Kitbag provided a Courier Reference Number which did not work on DHL's website, so this was basically a guessing game as to when the items would arrive (if at all). To sum up: As a first time customer, I am happy with the service, selection and prices that Kitbag provides and will definitely not hesitate to order again in the future.

If I'm honest, I read plenty of negative reviews about kitbag.com after purchasing two Manchester United shirts, and became quite nervous. This was completely unnecessary as both shirts arrived in perfect condition in the allocated time. These negative reviews were ridiculously biased. Both of my shirts had specialised printing on them as well as badges. They were also being shipped to New Zealand! They arrived around 3 weeks after the purchase was made with a credit card, and I had almost no trouble with them. The shipping was cheap, although I was unable to track it. The only negative aspect was that I would occasionally get locked out of my account on their website, which did not prove to be a problem as a few hours later it was working fine again. I would have preferred tracked shipping, although it did not really matter in the end. All in all, a great site with competitive prices and quality products. Don't listen to the haters! Just take your time and make sure that all of your details are correct and all will be well.
