Could Not Order On Line.

I own stocks in target...so i tried to order on line and get my products delivered....went to all target on-line orders places ...non of them could open.

I expected a page that I could see products and order them and have them delivered..

YOU MUST DO A BETTER JOB.

Lifesmart Heater - Bad Warranty Service,

The heater produced a comfortable heat for one month until it stopped working. I have not been able to contact the manufacturer to honor the warranty.

I ordered a set of tray tables. They arrived obviously used and damaged. I called and was offered a replacement with expedited shipping, since I needed them for a big party. The replacement never arrived. When I called to find out where it was I was informed that the order had been cancelled by ME!!! I was again offered a replacement, but not until after my party. This time the order was indeed cancelled by me. Now I have to go to the inconvenience of bringing the package to UPS before I can get my refund. I will never deal with Target.com again!

False Advertising!

I found this item online at an advertised sale price of $213.99, as I'm sure did you. When I added it to my cart however, it came up at $299.99. I called customer service and was asked to hold. Upon the girl's return, she told me that she had advised the tech department, and that I was advised to wait until tomorrow. She said that the item might not be on sale anymore, and the sale price may not be current. I informed her that an advertised price should be honored. She constantly interrupted while I was talking. I asked for a supervisor and was left on hold for over 23 minutes. The supervisor said that if there was " a different price on my end than there was on his end" there was nothing he could do about it, and he refused to even acknowledge that his rep had seen the item listed at the $213 price. I asked him why she had to alert the tech dept if there was no discrepancy, to which he had no answer. He refused to adjust the price. I took a screen shot of the web page showing the sale price and emailed it to customer serv, but I have not had a reply. I am not going to purchase this item at $299, nor will I be making an more purchases at Target. Boycott Target! They are UNAMERICAN!!!

Hopeless

In the last 3 weeks i completed 3 online laybys via Target Online, i have not received any, they claim that Australia Post have lost these item although Australia Post claims they have only received a shipping manifest not the goods.

Typical large companys they blame each other when all i want is my goods or a refund.

Be aware that they offer a tracking via your account for goods although they never actually provide the right number.

There call center is a joke, i chose to wait on the phone despite being advised of delays, however between 17-19 mins everytime a reorded voice states they are busy again and goodbye!!!! So of course i lost my place.

In chasing up these orders out of several people i spoke to only one lady. would help me.

When i advised one lady that shipping confirmation emails were not being sent like they advertise and the automated service kept hanging up, she then became very rude!

I understand that with many calls and shipping issues they probably deal with alot, but i was very polite and really at the end of the day, they chose this job and are getting paid to do it....

Typical great Target selection. Wasn't really happy with the shipping as compared to the total dollars purchased but not a bad alternative to a trip to the store!

I Didn't Like This Web Site, It Is Too Hard To Use

I didn't like this web site, it is too hard to use. it's too hard to find what you need and every time I do a search i get too many results. there is too much to sort through to find what I am looking for. would like to see the site redesigned to make it easier to use. the products are a good value thouhg, though lately it seems they are raising prices.
