We have bought jewellery and watches at the Bowness and Kendal shops and have found the service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The lay out of the shop is contemporary and inviting with subtle lighting but everything is clearly displayed. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. I am disappointed that the Bowness store had to close and it would be nice to see some more new designers being introduced. Thank you.

I bought a beautiful Sarah Jordan ring for my wife from Wave, as they were the most competitively priced. It was an unusual style/design that required re-sizing twice, which is difficult to achieve when 300 miles away from the shop, but through photographs and emails and telephone calls was achieved and now fits beautifully my wife tells me. Staff were helpful and friendly at all times and listened to our requirements, even posting it when there would be someone at home to receive it. My wife is delighted with the ring - thank you. I will come to you first when next buying jewelry.

Recently viewed a couple of watches unfortunately not in stock in Lancaster, the staff could not have been more helpful, sourcing the watch and super prompt delivery to the store.

I was looking for a silver chain - something different for a pendant. I visited both Kendal and Lancaster and purchased from Lancaster. Unfortunately I got it wrong and returned to Kendal to exchange for a different type altogether. The assistant was very helpful and I am delighted with my exchange item.

Staff are able to order what you want from within the ranges they stock. Product knowledge is excellent as is the service. All the girls seem to love Jewellery. They will do their best to order what you request and keep you informed when it comes in. It's comfortable to browse around without pressure but the staff are helpful if you would like to try anything on.

My husband and I visited your Kendal shop end of November 2012 to look at Eternity Rings. We had a short look round and then were approached by one the staff, a young lady who was very helpful and showed us all types and prices. We eventually picked one that had a unusual setting and perfect to sit with my other rings on a small hand. We were going away for christmas and new year so we needed it by 16th December and were promised by then. We collected on time and you even cleaned my wedding ring to match the sparkle of the new ring. Fantastic service all round. I bought a ring for my partner recently from the Kendal store. The staff on the desk were very attentive to the quite specific requirements I gave them which included a tight budget. The team managed to get on touch with one of their suppliers to see of they could adapt a catalogue ring to include a sapphire within my budget. The communication and respoce was swift and they even managed to negotiate a tight turn around getting it sent straight out to me in time for Christmas, 3 weeks quicker than they would normally offer - can't fault the customer service in store - great!

From the first moment I stepped into Wave in Kendal I was impressed. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to give me advice and asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for, once I told them I was looking for a gift for my friend's 40th they went out of their way to help me. Even when I had picked something but they thought the item wasn't in stock they said they could get it from their Bowness branch and have it by the next day, this would have been very helpful but it turned out the item was in stock. My friend who was with me thought I knew the lady who served us as she was very friendly towards us. Helpful experience throughout. Keep up the good work.
