I have a VoIP cheap account that is working on my old computer. Trying to open the account is proving impossible. I have forgotten the password as it logged on automatically on the computer starting. I have the old VoIP cheap account working but cannot get the new downloaded version on my new computer to even recognise my user name as seen on the old computer. Is there any way of contacting VoIP Cheap?

Have been using Voip cheap okay for quite a while but suddenly it won't let me enter the country code for destination phone number..so can't make any calls! Why?
