Although the flowers were beautiful, the card was missing so my friend had no idea who her flowers were from until she happened to mention to me weeks later about a mystery bunch of flowers

I paid 50 pounds for the flowers, which supposedly included an amount to increase the size of the bunch.I was disappointed by the size and did not feel it was good value for the money. The flowers were for a birthday celebration and another guest who had bought flowers from a rival company paid a similar amount and had what looked like a bouquet instead of a bunch therefore in the future I would be tempted to use them. I dont know what happened to the card it wasnt there, but they did arrive on time. I would have liked to know the size of the bunch more acurately prior to buying as to get what I wanted cost was only one consideration and this bunch didnt hit the spot. All the best Fiona Lassen

Not the flowers i ordered, overpriced and they died within a week. Had it made a deluxe but nothing was added. Waist of money on that part. $70+ way overpriced. Though mom was was happy, i was very disappointed. I will probably not use this service again unless they gratefully lower prices and send out what was paid for.

I was sent a photo of the bouquet that was delivered. Although it was presented very well. I found it was much much too small for the money you charged.

I was alittle disappointed in the quality of the arrangement. The flowers were a little limp and did not stand up to the heat of the nursing home.

The bouquet was beautiful, there was plenty of flowers and they re vey fresh. However, the delivery was late and when I contacted customer support online, I was supoosed to get a call back which I never did. The flowers were delivered eventually and the recipient was very happy with it.

Used this service in the past and was thrilled, sent flowers for mothers day, that unfortunately had dead flowers in the bouquet , my mother "didn't like to say anything" so that just made it worse. I'm back in the uk today, so will buy her some "hand picked flowers" so I know what she gets will be alive.

ordered flowers they were great but paid extra for a particular delivery slot and they arrived too late. i would order again but not if i needed them to arrive at a certain time. not a lot of flowers for the money.

Since writing my previous scathing review of arena flowers my friend has now informed me that the flowers have now been sent to her!! So i would like to thank arena for doing the honourable thing and sending these flowers free of charge. Better late than never ay! Mitra

I ordered the "Sunny Yellow" bouquet for a friend whose favourite colour is yellow. Flowers arrived on time via DPD (my favourite courier as they give a specific delivery time) and in great condition. They were white, however, and not yellow....so not at all what i ordered! I wrote a complaint to Arena Flowers, to which they responded promptly offering to either resend the flowers or issue a refund. No apology, but still, I was impressed by them taking it seriously, and sure enough, I have received a refund in full. Not sure if I will order with them again - it's tricky - their customer service is obviously good when something goes wrong, but I'd rather it didn't go wrong in the first place! Thankfully, this person didn't take the white flowers to be of funereal association, but I certainly did. Could have gone very wrong!

Ordered from here last year for Mother's Day and was very pleased. However this year not so good. Tried to email to change bouquet type after ordering and never got a response. Delivery was smooth and problem free - flowers were left with a neighbour as per my instructions. Unfortunately the bouquet bore little resemblance to the web images with droopy wide open tulip heads and hardly any irises. Will be shopping around next year...

I ordered a bouquet from 25 tulips and 10 irises. 25 tulips and 5 irises were delivered. Why so occurred to me didn't explain, on my letters there was no answer. Delivery was in time.

My mum received her flowers and was greatly pleased and impressed by the selection and quality. However, they were a Mother's Day gift and I ordered them on the Saturday afternoon with the promise online that if I ordered in the next two hours they would be delivered the next day. They were not delivered until the Monday morning even though the note attached stipulated Mother's Day delivery. This was very disappointing and i would have gone with another provider had I been aware the online promise was not being met.

Good but dissappointed as I wasn't able to upload the picture I wanted to attach. I loaded up again the page, went back, to no avail, impossible to load up a picture with the flowers. It was for my Gran who is 91, I live in the US, it would have been a fantastic idea, too bad the website had a glitch. Hopefully, other people won't experience that issue.

I find the choice of flowers to be very good and having used them before I am assured the flowers arrive fresh and of good quality. However I find the website a pain in the backside, if you have to correct your order as you have missed something, the whole lot gets wiped aaaargh!

Having some sight problems I did not see the promo code box until some way into the order -- the confusion that resulted ended in my ordering the same delivery twice! This box should be more central, in larger font, and perhaps at the beginning of the whole order.

when ordering internationally the default setting which cannot be changed appears as GB even though I selected flowers for Waterford in Ireland..
