I booked a reservation from Cape Town to Tucson AZ with BTS on Qatar Airways. Several weeks after I booked my itinerary for myself and my wife I received notice that the flights from Cape Town to Doha had changed with flight # changes and very difference flight hours. Instead of a 1h50m layover in Doha before continuing to Dallas, the new flight resulted in an 8h40 layover. Then on the return instead of a 12h25m layover, for which we were going to book a hotel room, the new flight was a 7h05m layover. On neither the outbound or return would we have enough time for a hotel or other arrangement away from the airport as Qatar requires a transit visit for leaving the airport. I sent this information to BTS and asked them to assist me with a full refund. They did and Qatar agreed to giving us a full refund on a non-refundable ticket because of this schedule change. We are very grateful to BTS for their willingness to intercede for us with Qatar Airways. We will certainly use BTS again for our travel arrangements

I have been buying tickets for international trips from bt store for quite sometime now. The prices are relatively cheaper than other agents. InnItially I thought the verification was a waste of time but I later realized its for the good of their customers. I love bt store, the customer service agents are approachable and always ready to help. I have already and will continue to recommend bt store to all my friends and family. Bt store good job.

I have to say that even though at the end they had to change my itinerary, the customer service was really good and they explained my options very clearly. Good thing is that I was not charged which gave me peace of mind. They are very professional and I would recommend them to my friends. Thanks!

I frequently book flights to Africa and it is normally pretty complicated. bt is pretty easy to use if you have a credit card that is verified. Otherwise you'll have to send them a lot of documents. The one time this happened to me I chose to cancel the transaction and bt reps were very polite and prompt about helping me through email. Their prices are very competative so if you plan well (you know exactly where your going and won't want to cancel) it's a good deal. If however you are traveling to an unstable area you may want to use a travel agent.

Just recently I booked through Best Travel Store to travel to Rome, Italy and I had the best experience. The staff is very helpful, kind, and efficient! BTS rates were very competitive compared to other travel sites… I would highly recommend BTS to my family and friends anytime! :)

Great customer service-starting with prompt and courteous replies to dumb questions. Followed by rapid and friendly solution of problem with airline.

Customer service was excellent, replying to my emails very promptly, answering questions adequately and showing some human touch and understanding in the whole process. This is related to a refund request to an unused portion of our tickets due to a medical emergency...we had to return to the U.S. immediately.

I will highly recommend them to others and will use them again.

Ordered tickets for a 1 connection trip to France and through no fault of BST got a notice of denied charge from Chase for the credit card charge. When I received e-tickets, I was concerned as credit card company confirmed via phone (from somewhere other than the US, on a poor connection - I did for a minute think I was talking to "Peggy") that the charge had been denied and could not be reinstated. I emailed and phoned BST and to my surprise and delight contacted a real person. After explaining my concern that I either had no tickets or if I rebooked would have 4, they agreed, took my phone # & stayed in contact with me via email until my card charge posted (who knows why). I appreciate the service and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Gave them 5 stars for customer service but as this is first time using them will see how rest of process goes.

I don't understand why people seem to think bt-store.com is a scam; I've used their site before and they've never asked for private information excepting what is expected. I like and trust them. They have low prices and a safe and secure system. :)
They aren't necessarily the cheapest around, so if you're looking for the all-time cheapest flight, shop around a little more before choosing them; however, for straight-forward service with few extra hoops to leap through, I will personally stick with them.

I have booked many flights through BT-Store before. This type of agency is different. I would not recommend booking airlines tickets less than 3 months in advance. The more advanced the time is, the better. Let's say it's March now and you plan on going to Hong Kong during High season in December. Look ahead of time. If your thinking of getting tickets for last minute, go somewhere else.

I have booked about 10 flights through BT-Store and they have been helpful. They kept updating us with information that was needed or a flight number change or aircraft.

It is great for advance travel in the future. We book tickets to the Philippines once and we bought it 9 months in advance with great prices. We bought each ticket for about $960 plus tax for travel in December. You cannot buy tickets to the Philippines for $1,080 during high season like that without getting them ahead of time. Then we checked in November to see what the prices were like and the ranged from $1,400 to 1,800 per ticket.

So if your a planner for the future travel and have everything set, I would recommend BT-Store.

After 7 days of nonstop searching I found the lowest fare on bt-store.com. I had couple of questions regarding fare restrictions and decided to call. The wait time was almost 10 minutes. When I got an an agent on the phone, she answered all the questions and was quite knowledgeable. I purchased the ticket, got eticket and seats assigned. Everything worked fine. I also called the airline and verified the reservation.

The Best Travel Store site is easy to navigate and purchase was easy. The price was the best I could find. The customer service lady was polite and lovely. I would recommend this sight for travellers!

When demonstrators closed the airport in Bangkok, Thailand recently, my travel plans were canceled. It was a mad scramble to make new arrangements to get myself to Thailand in a timely manner. B-T showed great concern and worked with me to get me there. I am very grateful for their efforts.

I needed to add a stop-over to my intererary. i followed the directions on their website and called before paying for my reservation. A very helpful lady helped me reserve the stop over and arranged it so i could finalize payment 4 hours later when i got home.

When you make any reservation with any website you need to carefully read everything. This seems to be common sense to me, but a lot of complaints here could have been avoided if the customers actually reading before clicking ....
