I have a Challenge Xtreme cordless drill CD1218J and does not unscrew (button seems to be stuck). The button on the handle is stuck and I cannot push it in so that to unscrew. The drill works fine clockwise while screwing. I cannot make it unscrew. What should I do?

Where on earth can I purchase a spare battery for my 18 volt cordless drill if such a thing exists?
