Your Company may be saving money on your B.P.O but you have definitely lost me as a customer and anyone else I convince. The customer service canon has to offer is horrid. I had an issue that has NOT been resolved because the reps I spoke to were no help whatsoever. They are rude, cant understand you if your American ( because they are all foreign ) and they interrupt on a regular basis. Mind you I spoke with 6 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. 4 women, 2 men and none were any better than the rest. I also called every number I could find online. You have lost my respect as a company. I called in because your p.o.s photo printer says to refill paper when the dumb thing has paper.
