Voovit provided a fast and cost effective solution for shipping my box to Europe. The overall time was about 10-11 days, and the box arrived in relatively good condition (a few minor scuffs on the box from handling). The key is to order boxes well in advance and make an itinerary of your items. After the box is collected, it's out of your hands, and all there is left is to wait for it. Good service overall. I would however suggest slightly better website design and user interface. Otherwise it is solid.

Had a very good experience with these folks. Sent a large shipment (15 boxes) to Europe that went through K&N and another smaller one (5 boxes) through ParcelForce. Both shipments arrived safely and within a few days. Although K&N missed the pick up day, this is not Voovit fault and everything worked out OK in the end. Would certainly recommend them and will use them again.

Overall very happy with the service. The instructions are clear on the website how the system works. The boxes from Voovit even came with duct tape which was handy. All my queries were responded to quickly. The only annoying part is that it's not specified what time your boxes will be collected or delivered to your new place. But overall I was very happy with the service and the price is reasonable. I was able to track my boxes online also. Would use this service again.

My move from Amsterdam to London was a bit adventurous due to the fact that I had to change the shipment date repeatedly (for other reasons) and a mixup caused by the local courier service in Amsterdam. I must say that Geoff from Voovit proved very reliable in arranging everything and dealing with all the mishaps. In the end he saved the day and all boxes were shipped and delivered according to schedule. Because the couriers that pick up and deliver the packages are not actually Voovit, you might want to keep an eye on the process and give yourself a buffer of 1-2 days in case something goes wrong. But Voovit will generally fight for you and push them so if you keep an eye on things and alert them the minute something goes wrong, they'll fix it and make sure good service is delivered according to schedule.

The pick up was on time, friendly delivery staff. And most importantly my boxes arrived in Madrid after only three days and they were in imaculate state. The only thing that Voovit could do better is arrange pick ups on Saturday, or arrange to call the customer when they are on their way. I would have preferred not to have to take a day off work to wait for the pick up. I would definitely use this service again, and I probably will as I have a few more things to ship. Thanks!

I love Voovit! I had a collection booked last week during the heavy snow so was not expecting the collection to take place, and sure enough it didn't, not Voovit's fault, but every day after my original booking they called to let me know whether collection was likely that day until the boxes were finally picked up on Friday. These guys really do care, fantastic customer service.

I found Voovit to be the quickest, most efficient and reliable way of sending a box from the UK to Australia. It was simple and best of all...a much cheaper option than everything else out there! I would use them again in a flash!!

Sent 10 boxes and 5 other pieces of luggage from London to Paris. Everything arrived in good order. The customer service was quick and efficient, very reactive to questions or requests for clarification via email.

Definitely a recommend. I will use again if an occasion presents itself

Please note though - you have to do your own packaging and labeling, which is part of the deal as it's what makes the service less expensive than the one of similar companies.

Competetive price, excellent service. Boxes arrived for packing on agreed date, packed boxes were uplifted from Germany for shipping on agreed date and were delivered to the UK in good order and within a few days. Staff were friendly and helpful re a website problem. Would recommend. Would use again. Potential customers should ignore negative comments from blogger who felt aggrieved at only being reimbursed for £25 per box for a missing box: the site states this quite clearly and you have the choice to pay a reasonable additional cost for full insurance.
