Maybe I was just unlucky, but my Vauxhall Combo van has been an utter mess. I was warned that these vans eat alternators and so it has. Pretty useless if you show it a hill. The engine looks like it was shovelled in and stamped on until it fitted.

My 1.7 combo won't idle and revs on its own. Does anyone know why this is happening?
