Rip Off

Sold me a car with a busted water pump, bald tyres, broken engine mounts, smash damage not repaired properly, central locking issues the list goes on!!!

RUDEST manager ever - was hung up on, and made to take my car to NON authorized dealers who literally were the most disgusting mechanics i have EVER seen before.

I felt UNSAFE leaving my car with these people after SO many unresolved issues.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!!!!

Rude And Abusive Staff

I have never met any shop staff so rude and abusive without reason. I was shouted at and told to **** off when I went to buy a car headlamp bulb. No apology was made and the company has not responded to my email.

Very Rude Nasty People. Stay Away!!

Bought a car which broke down on way home from surrey motor world, they took it back "to fix" but just carried out a pdi service which should have been done b4 i took the car. My garage found such major faults i could not drive it. Asked for a refund. After alot of abuse from them i finnally got a full refund. All i can say is know your rights and get all your money back. They are very rude nasty people, worst experience of my life. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Very Very Dodgy

I would not trust these people. These so called salesmen are the exact reason why car salesmen have such a poor reputation.

They are more than willing to sell you a car with major problems and not inform you. Just to let everyone know check your rights. Exactly what I did and after plenty of arguing I got a full refund but this does not pay back time wasted.

I would not recommend them.

Take Your Money Somewhere Else, Stay Away!!

Can't believe these "salespeople", really wish I had read these reviews before I went to see a car.

Firstly it was wrongly advertised on Autotrader, When i came to view the car i found it had done ALOT more miles on the clock which on a 2010 car made lot of difference! I was told the car was in "mint condition", but it needed a whole new front bumper due to the deep scratches &paint missing! Luckily I knew someone that could repair this for me.

I left a deposit &arranged to collect 2 days later. When I got there I was told they had taken it to Quick Fit for a check & the car was "unroadworthy" &they couldn't sell it to me. They said they didn't know the reasons it was unroadworthy, so I phoned Quick Fit &asked what was wrong with it.. THE CAR HAD NEVER BEEN THERE! Then came the back tracking that " it might not of been quick fit we took it to then" even though they said it was! &still couldn't tell me any reason as to why it was unroadworthy when 2 weeks ago it had passed an MOT!!

I did get my deposit back but so much time, hassle, &stress has been caused from Surrey Motor World in Dorking, &from speaking to the companies across the road this happens often &then they shut down &move somewhere else under a new name.

Please take your money somewhere else, stay away.

Police Misunderstanding

Dear all our loyal customers,

We are aware of the fact that on Monday 8th July we were unfortunately not open for business as the Surrey police department had stopped us from trading. The Surrey Police department were investigating a report suggesting that our company was selling stolen vehicles, while in fact once all the vehicles were checked and ran through system it seemed that not even one of our 120 vehicles where stolen, clocked back or dodgy. We have been officialy told that we will be allowed to trade again from Wednesday 10th July onwards and on behalf of Surrey Motor World we are very sorry for any inconveniences caused by this misunderstanding.

Yours Sincerely,

Surrey Motor World.

Police Investigating This Business!

Arrived there lunchtime today to look at a car as arranged, to find nine or ten police vehicles present! We were told "they're not here any more" and "they're not doing any business today". We had paid a small deposit to hold the car until we could see it; the police said there was no guarantee we'd get it back.
