My Renegade Custom
Bought my renegade custom for £700. It's 12 years old but only had 2400kms on the clock. The gears are 5 down. That took some getting used to. It's very comfortable to ride, looks and sounds the business. First week I had it my indicators filled with water and fried. Got new indicators and flasher unit problem solved. A few weeks later I had to tighten loads of nuts and bolts that vibrated loose. Developed a slight fuel leak over night. When I took the tank off to inspect, the weld around the tap ripped in two places. New fuel tank ordered. Lots of rust developing. No guts in it. Struggles uphill struggled past 50mph. Do not attempt cornering at any sort of speed as the bike will slip.

Quigqi Renegade 125 - Brill
Havent had the bike long but what a find. Sure, a few things needed tightening, brake light switch needed adjusting on front, headlight bulb blew on ride home (by my bro) after being bought. On the whole - a really nice bike. Im not into speed (Im 51) and taking my CBT for the second time in ten years after a break from bikes ...doh!. With some TLC and a bit of tinkering, this is a great bike...and what an eye catcher. Cant stop looking at it. Looks bigger than what it is (story of my life ...lol). Hope my review stays the same in month 6.

Sinnis Vista 125
I bought my Vista in January this year for £950. Three previous owners, 500(km) on clock. All previous owners used it to practice for full license then passed it on, so I got an almost brand new mint condition bike for less than a grand.
Being a first bike I have nothing to compare it too but the CG I rode for my CBT in December, and I was too nervous to pay much attention to the handling of the CG, so my review is based on my thoughts alone.
The bike is BIG! It weighs 145kg empty and with me on top it hits 250kg, so if your looking for a speed demon you're not going to want a Vista. That said, if you're looking for a comfortable laid back cruiser, then the Vista is for you. The seat is very comfy, I always joke that it's like riding an armchair.
The bike starts first/ second time and I have only used the choke once. Fuel economy is good, I fill it up once a month for about £6. The fuel gauge is electronic so gives a readout from green down to red, but mine always drops to red after two weeks, even though you can hear the fuel sloshing about inside, so not sure if this is just mine or a general issue. There is a little mobile icon as well that flashes when your mobile is ringing, however it isn't linked to your own phone, it just seems to pick up signals, so it flashed occasionally for no reason, and can be off putting.
The bike is great to ride on the roads. Cornering can be difficult as it is a big bike and doesn't lean very well, so you need to take corners slow, but otherwise it rides smooth. It really could do with a 6th gear though as I find it rides best when in 5th at 30mph, and when I rev up to 40 the engine roars and you can feel it vibrate. I haven't taken it up to top speed yet, but I reckon I'd be lucky to get 50 out of it, but then I am a big lad.
The big does get lots of admiring glances, and a few 'Chinese bike' comments, but the build quality is good, lots of chrome, it feels well put together and not flimsy. There is an issue with rust, but some ACF-50 spray seems to keep the chrome in good nick.
Overall the Vista is a great first bike, it is a joy to ride and will get you where you need to go in comfort and style. It just won't win any races!
But be warned if you are light or not too strong, as it takes a bit of strength to move it around, it is a definite bruiser of a bike, but on the road looks amazing.

Sinnis Vista) Don't Knock It Because It's Chinese
Sinnis vista, pioneer nevada/torro, the renegade and jinlun all the same bike so as you can imagine plenty of parts which are all cheap bought it for £750 4th owner as it was used as a step up bike before full license (like most 125's) rode it 30 miles home without back ache and plenty comfortable and did just shy of 55 mph a month after getting gave it a service and the change was instantly noticeable more acceleration out done a Yamaha ybr125 from the lights after that I decided to find myself a nice straight road and topped it at 65 which is brilliant considering it's size it is by far the best bike possible it's comfortable quick full size so you can get used to big bikes sounds brilliant and turns heads even better on the performance side after me purchasing a geared bike my friend decided to buy one a generic worx 125 sports bike yes it will out corner and deos pip me off the line but to mine (and his) straight line doing 30 mph in 5th and dropping down to 3rd and gunning it he didn't stand a chance and it flew so given the right opportunity it will beat a sports bike not looking forward to passing my car test (now got a small familly) can't afford to insure the bike and car I will be gutted to see it go
Pros fast
Looks great
Sounds brilliant
Comfortable
Great on fuel
Feels planted to the road
Cheap parts
Cons
Rattles abit at high revs
Unless washed and polished chrome an rust quite quickly

Sinnis Vista 125cc
this is a great bike for a learner looks great sounds great and just needs an upgrade on a few parts ...chain and rear sprocket baring that you can get for £30 from sinnis as if you run on the " chocolate chain "that comes with the bike you are very likely to tear the baring apart as i did but its a simple fix that you can do from home
(sinnis upgraded this part on the 2011 model
top speed i have had on a long stretch is about 80mph running on high octane petrol
it has a good road presence and you realy stand out of which is a plus if your a learner
also all the dials are brilliant and realy help you get a bearing on gear changes with the gear lights
also a light flashes if your mobile goes off which i think is a neat feature

Owned Two Of These Motorcycles Over A Space Of 4 Y
Owned two of these motorcycles over a space of 4 years. My first one was my very first bike, until it was stolen from outside my home. I had a 3 months period where I rode a cheap scooter, but then bought another renegade. The bike overall is a good bike, although the build quality is a little to be desired; could have a few rubber mounts here and there to help with so much vibration. Also on both bikes, there appears to be a recurring problem with breaking exhaust mounts. Overall though, I would definately recommend this as an ideal first bike, excellent to ride and looks the part :) For parts try contacting your nearest J&S Accessories. Or if onlines more your thing, www.chinesemotorcyclepartsonline.co.uk. Keep ridin' safe.
Ok for first bike i don't think so. Wouldn't it be off putting...?

Baimo Renegade, Qingqi Renegade And Sinnis Vista A
BAIMO Renegade, QINGQI Renegade and SINNIS Vista are all THE SAME BIKE
so finding parts for them is actually real easy, you just might have to use one of its other names.
it is built very well, comfortable to ride with excellent handling, fuel economy is fantastic with mine giving an average 120mpg. not the fastest of the bunch, but if you want speed then why are you looking at cruisers?
TURNS HEADS, period. looks bigger, sounds bigger and when you ride it it even feels bigger!
would recommend as a first bike 100%, i've been riding for years and ridden everything from mopeds to crossers, racers, quads and cruisers and this by far the most enjoyable I have owned 10 out of 10
Q&A
How is the lost of the new engine and long do I have to wait for it?
Bought Renegade 125cc 5 months ago running perfect but recently having trouble starting, engine turns but won't "fire up" any advice?
