Ordered dog food from Zooplus. Price is good but delivery has been a nightmare. They use Yodel for delivery, who over 50% of their customers rate as bad. Still not got dog food. Learn from my experience and give both companies a wide berth as neither have offered any help… Read Full Review

What a shame ... the goods this company has to offer are great and good value but delivery is a nightmare. Nearly 3 weeks on and I'm still waiting for the items to be delivered. Customer service is appalling - broken promises to call back, not replying to e-mails with a solution of "items being returned and do you want them reordered?!" Ordered 4 jumbo boxes of Felix. Used 2 boxes and then we were aware the next box in the cupboard smelt bad. When I opened it - the smell was so bad the sachets had been leaking onto the cardboard box. Lucky there was a horrid smell as I could have fed this rotten food to my cats. Ordered over £70 worth of dog food goods on Tuesday and expected delivery within a couple of days. Emailed on Friday as the order was ‘still in progress’ and received a reply attributing the delay to “a technical fault, there was a backlog at our Logistics centre”. Been with Zooplus since 2016 average two monthly order - £80. Last order tins of cat meat (almo nature 280g chicken&whitebait) were filled with water and very little meat to a point some were water and no meat. I left a review on their website which was ignored, contacted customer services and was totally ignored. As a customer of Zooplus for many years, I was staggaered by the fact that Zooplus refused to look into an issue that I think most dog lovers would want done. I always purchase dry dog food only from the makers that Zooplus recommends most highly, and up to now now problems at all. Having reported that part of my order was damaged (basically a split bag of cat food)I requested that the damaged bag be collected and a replacement sent. I have just received my first order from Zooplus. They managed to supply two sacks of the wrong dog food. I totally accept that mistakes happen, what I don't accept is the very poor attitude of the Customer Service person I had to deal with. “Can't get anything right”

First order with this company spending just under £100. Delivery stated 1-2 days before I placed the order and paid the money. Once the invoice came through I was made aware of delivery delays and I should expect delivery in a further 2 days! As the order was urgent I would would have placed it with a more reliable company had I known delivery would take 4 days. This is misleading communication!!!! websites good and easy to use with a wide selection of food/toys etc but i will not be recommending this company to any of my friends or family Not good cutomer service when you have a delivery address on your account and its ignored! when calling customer service they advice that they will call the delivery company and amend the address they dont make the call! Having ordered my food and then updating the address immediately by phone, they did not actually update the address and so the parcel was not delivered. Called again, then used online chat and they assured me they had updated it. Again, no delivery. In the end I had to go by taxi to the depot to pick up the package. I ordered dog food for my guide dog and when I did, the address did not fully save so I called them to add the flat number which they said they did. Then the parcel did not get delivered on the stated date. I called again and they said they would send it out for the next day. They did not. I used the online chat and that too did nothing.
