I bought £500+ of camera from This store on July 6th 2017 with a promised £50 cash back. When I came to use the camera it exhibited a major fault and needed to be returned for replacement. I was asked to send it back and the store would cover the cost of postage. In this case it came to £11.00. The store did return a new camera which has met expectations. However, despite sending copies of the postal receipts and repeated requests for how to claim the £50 CashBack my emails have been constantly ignored. I find this most unsatisfactory and shall be referring my dissatisfaction to my credit card company.

I chose UK Camera Store because it is based in the UK and had a good price for the camera I was looking at (Lumix FZ2000) with the manufacturer's £100 CashBack offer. The order was processed promptly and arrived the next day. The person I dealt with phoned me to apologise that the stock had not arrived but then rang back at the end of the day to say it had - so I got it the next day ! The cashback was itemised on the invoice so there should be no problem claiming it from Panasonic - although you have to wait 35 days to claim from Panasonic (Panasonic's Rules !). I will certainly buy here again.

I orders a product from this company over a week ago and have not received it. emails are ignored. Now contacting Credit Card company to see if I can get my money back and blacklist this company for failing to do its job.

This is the company to use very good selection excellent customer services, delivery very fast, nothing to much of a problem.

I give one tiny minus for a website, where information about stock availability is not updated in real time. I preferred to contact seller and verify this. I advice other customers to do so. Ordered one day morning delivered in the following day as agreed and described on a website. Perfect anyway!

Just received my camera and case that was a fairly competitive deal on their part. However, at nearly £7 for postage, I expected a better response when I stayed in all day, as requested in an email, and I discovered it was not down for delivery until 3 days later. I informed the company that I was less-than-happy at wasting that day but they didn't have the courtesy to even reply. I won't use them again as a result of that failure.

I purchased a Fuji hs50 exr camera and 1year and 10months into my 2year warranty it developed a black spot when I zoomed in. I contacted the store and they responded very quickly and were very friendly.I returned the camera and they sent it to Fuji for repair. Excellent service.

I ordered a Nikon 18-140 DX lens online on Sunday afternoon. The order was acknowledged straight away, despatch confirmed Monday pm and the carrier advised the delivery time early Tuesday am. Lens arrived as promised at about 11:30 am. I had not dealt with UK Camera Store before so I must admit to being a bit nervous. Being able to use a secure payment method with payment protection gave me the confidence to proceed.I should not have worried as everything worked perfectly and the lens is ideal and at a very good price. I hope they will not take it amiss if I point out that the "Store Sections" panel on their website seems a bit cramped with small text but that's only a little niggle. I will certainly look at them again when I next need photographic equipment. Thanks to all at UK Camera Store.

I ordered a Nikon 70-300mm VR lens, there was a slight delay as the stock was a few days late, this was not a problem. Arrived quicker than I'd expected and I'm very pleased. I will definitely be dealing with UK Camera Store again. Communications were first class, DPD delivery was spot on, and the price was excellent. All praise!!!

I'm really not someone who's likely to write reviews but, in the case of UK Camera Store, I really feel I ought. I bought a lens from them at a price that was (almost) too good to be true and , on top of that, they added as freebies a couple of filters worth around £30. I checked them out online before ordering, crossed my fingers - and ordered! The lens came promptly, perfectly well packed and I was so impressed that I am writing this glowing report!

Very pleased with whole transaction.Lens arrived quickly and securely packaged,at a saving of approximately £70 over John Lewis who are also rather good. On top of that the free gifts of filters and a cleaning kit were very welcome, and better quality than I expected.

Bought a Fuji xPro100 kit and an extra lens from here in august. The site clearly stated that the lens would receive £75 cashback from Fuji. I sent in the cashback form but it was rejected because UKCamera store were not an approved retailer. Contacted the store several times but after being told it wouild be resolved have heard nothing back after more calls and emails. Fed up of being fobbed off now so will write off the £75 and buy from Amazon in the future

They do exactly what they claim on their webpage! I ordered a Nikon lens at 3.30 pm on Thursday, it was on my doorstep in a remote part of Kent at 9.44 am the following day. Well packaged and the product exactly as requested, including the free offer of 2 filters. Keep up the good work.

There are a huge amount of fake products floating round on the internet so I was hesitant when ordering particularly considering the huge variance of prices online. I had been recommended ukcamerastore as so I contacted them through their online chat and received a quick response, which addressed my fears. I placed my order a short while later and was amazed when the headphones arrived the next morning as described. Brilliant company with great offers.
