“ Fine Jewelry department at Bloomingdale’s”

Information for the shoppers – avoid Fine Jewelry department at Bloomingdale’s. I bought 18th karats white gold bracelet which with time turned yellow!! (It have not happened to the jewelry from other stores) Repair service at Bloomingdale’s instead of reapplying the rhodium finish put the bracelet in the acid bath and ruined it completely. I would not recommend this repair service to anybody!! Bloomingdale’s not only sold me defected bracelet but after damaging it further refused to replace it. This is the store which cannot be trusted with the jewelry purchases or repairs. SHOPPERS BE AWARE!!
