“Good, but the shipping spend couldn't be slower”

The discount from macys is really great and attractive. And I order 2 handbags for my parents. Waiting to receive it and want to as Christmas gifts for my family. However, I missed it, no magic appears and I didn't receive them before Christmas. Although I know time is a little strain, but I think 5 days are not impossible mission. Ok, new year's gift is ok too. So, overall, products are good, satisfied.

“Very good site”

I always believe the motto 'you get what you pay for it'. And it is exactly true with macys. They ask more for the products, and deliver much more satisfactory items to your hands. The only complaint about macys is also the price. So I couldn't rely on macys to finish my year-around purchases.

“Love the clothes”

I just have to say that I love the clothes that comes from macys. Also if you have a credit card you really do save money. Just by having the card, and using it I save 20% a lot of the time. All you have to do it pay it off before the interest gets added on. Also, they usually have quite a buffet of perfume and cologne to choose from. Sometimes the people working there aren't up to par, or competitively nice as other places, but for the most part they are like everywhere else.

“The service I receive when shopping at Macy's is...”

The service I receive when shopping at Macy's is great. There are so many ways to take advantage of the savings which allows me to save and spend when I using the Star rewards Certificates received by mail. Shopping for Names like Martha Stewart, she added her personal touch in creating her Bedding, Cookware, Kitchen accessories, and Bath Collections,they are a must have. Her products are so affordable and the colors are so pretty. I love reading the reviews from other satisfied customers about her products. It has truly been a joy shopping at Macy's. Thumbs up!

I strongly suggest that any one who haven't shop at Macy's needs to come a shop like a Star, the saving are great! I would spend more time comparing prices, and redeeming all my rewards advantages. The more you spend the more you save!

“I received a Macy's flyer in the mail in mid-January...”

I received a Macy's flyer in the mail in mid-January 2008 from Macysflowerclub.com advertising some bouquets for sale. On January 27, 2008 I ordered a bouquet for my wife to be delivered to her office on February 13, 2008, the day before Valentine's Day. On February 13, 2008 the bouquet did not arrive. She was extremely disappointed that she did not receive anything on or near Valentine's Day, her office mates now think I'm an insensitive boar. I called the florist on February 14, 2008 to find out what happened. It's not like I ordered on Valentine's day to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I put in my order 3 weeks prior! They admitted the mistake on their end, offered me to re-deliver. At this point, there was no point and just cancelled the order. I called Macy's customer service to complain and ask for a $100 gift card for my troubles. The woman I talked to said they were not affiliated with the flower company and can't do that. I talked to a supervisor and they said they are not to blame. I need to ask why then is the Macy's name at the very top of the macys.flowerclub.com website? I feel that their failure to take responsibility and accountability for their actions is unacceptable and reprehensible. At least the floral company admitted wrongdoing. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Macy's ever again.

“I had a handbag to return and the Smithhaven store did...”

I had a handbag to return and the Smithhaven store did not carry this designer and did not offer to get information from another Macys store. This employee handled the matter to my satisfaction and I was very grateful.

“I went to Macys in Indian River Mall. I went to three...”

I went to Macys in Indian River Mall. I went to three competitors before arriving at Macy's. I needed to outfit four of my employees for our upcoming season. All I needed was 4 belts, 4 pairs of dress shoes and 20 white button down shirts. None of your competitors could manage this so I ended up at Macys where your sales associate, Charlotte, met us with a smile and went to work measuring the guys and matching belts with shoes. She found all the sizes we needed in shirts and rung up a sale of $1443.00. As we left I realized I should have parked on that end of the mall first.
