Really great price and service. They take their time with the quote to make sure that it fits your needs. There are no 'hidden' extras and you can add / remove items as required. A really 1st class service and policy and a brilliant low price. You cannot ask for more than that....

My dealings were consistant as I dealt with the same member of staff throughout meaning I did not have to go through all the details each time. When I left a message to be contacted back I was and swiftly too. The staff member knew what he was talking about and liased with the 3rd party insurers to ensure the claim ran smoothly with very little hassle for me.I feel he went above and beyond. Other staff members I spoke when making initial contact were very polite. I was not on hold long either when contacting them. A+ service from beginning to end

As I was declined by several other companies (because my wife and I are tourists from Australia and not UK permanent residents), we were pleasantly surprised that we "passed" with HIC. And though the premium is high, it is ok otherwise we could not have driven around with peace of mind! We shall certainly brag about you to our friends back home!
