Doesn't contain any complex Carbohydrates, but it does contain REFINED CARBOHYDRATES. Refined carbohydrates are the major cause of weight gain, obesity, specific skin conditions, and diet related diseases... The box might say low fat, but it sure as hell won't say LOW IN SUGAR!

Is that a joke? Shreddies contain REFINED CARBS. Do you know what that is? who are you to say it's the best cereal on the market? what exactly did you learn in school?

Refined Carbs = BAD

I'm willing to bet that a handful of whole oatmeal has more GOOD nutrition than 2 boxes of Shreddies........
