“No bus!”

I have booked with EasyBus several times for Geneva skiing transfers and they have worked well. This time, the bus did not turn up. I waited for over an hour before having to arrange for a taxi through the Apls in order to make my flight. Having contacted EasyBus, they have replied once to try and pass me on to another partner and have not replied since or given me a refund. Terrible customer service, can't contact them except through a poorly designed chat website. Book at your own risk.

“Bus did not show up”

I booked the bus service from West Brompton to Gatwick on Friday 17 May 2019 at 05.00. However the bus never showed, and having waited 30 minutes, I was left with no other option but to get an uber to the airport at a cost of c.£90. I have since complained to the Company and they have responded stating that the 'service in question was terminated due to a breakdown'.(please note that they did not inform me of the cancellation until I complained!) However as I was the only one waiting for the bus (and the only one booked on it), it looks increasingly evident that the Company decided to cancel the service as it was not economical for them to run the service. So you run the risk of the service not being 'full' then the Company may cancel the service and they will not tell you in the meantime. Totally unacceptable in my opinion! I for one, will never use them again.

“Get A Taxi And Save Money”

The bus may not turn up. They will probably not tell you they will not turn up. You may wait for the bus for a long time but you will not find out whether it is coming or not. You will not be able to phone them to find out. You may miss your flight. They may offer you compensation but only up to the ticket value. They do not care about their passengers. I would suggest that you pay a little bit extra and get a taxi. Often it is likely to cost you much more by using Easybus due to their unreliability.

“Awful service, unreliable and dangerous”

We were a group of 8, so plenty to fill a bus. Our outbound bus did not turn up in Geneva. A text arrived after 30 mins of waiting to say it ad been delayed and would be there an hour and 15 late. It never showed, what actually happened is they tried to fit us all on the later 10.45pm bus. There were not enough seats and w had to sit 3 on a 2 seat and on a suitcase in the isle. On the way back it was 30 mins late, thee driver kept falling aleep as the wheel and snoring so we were lucky to arrive at all, but we nearly missed our flight due to the lateness. There were other shuttles from easy bus at the airport but the drivers wouldn't help us, answer questions or in fact be any use at all. very rude. They are clearly overworked, unhappy and the service is dangerous. Do not use. Alpybus are not too much more expensive but run a really helpful service.

“DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH THIS COMPANY”

DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH THIS COMPANY. I booked a ticket a couple of months back to travel from London Old street to Stansted airport. They, however cancelled the trip and offered me a replacement journey with different company. The journey available there was much longer and I would have to leave from a different station 40 minutes before I was supposed to leave. So I tried to contact Easybus company to help me book a ticket that would be more suitable for me but they did nothing other than telling me to use their website. After a couple more emails they started ignoring me and ignored all my emails for a month. Then a gave up, cancelled the trip and claimed for a refund. I even sent them a letter claiming for a refund but have not been refunded anything yet, nor contacted either. THIS COMPANY IS UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL-DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

“Terrible”

We booked a ride on the 23:00 bus from Luton to Liverpool st. There were at least 12 people waiting for the bus at the designated station. The 23:00 bus did not arrived, nor the 23:30 or the 00:00. We had to share an Uber with other angry passengers. They don't have anyone at the desk in the terminal, there is a phone number on the ticket but no one picks up and don't even bother to check their website for emergency contact or any number for enquiry because all there is is a form to fill in. Appalling service, one of the worst I've seen.

“Would not recommend this service ”

Poor service at Charles de Gaulle airport. This bus was supposed to be an easy way of getting from the airport to our hotel. However it was very late coming possibly due to rush hour traffic, but there seemed to be only one bus, so ended up very late. There was supposed to one every half hour but that didn't happen!! By the time it came there were a lot of people waiting and we only just fitted in( it only had about 10/11 seats), so potentially we could have been waiting another hour. There was no apology, for being late. The driver wasn't rude, but arrived and went for his break( of course he is entitled to a break!!)no explanation was given about reasons for being late even when asked. It would have been good for them to have been honest and say during rush hour time the service may be delayed. We would have got the train, and we will do next time.

“Rudest aggressive bus driver I've ever seen on the...”

Geneva Airport to Chamonix. Difficult to find where to wait as are no signs. Took 25 minutes to find where to wait. Waited with a guy who'd been waiting 3 hours and no bus. Mine turned up at 12. The guy who'd been waiting tried to get on and the driver shouted at him, was rude and aggressive and quite frankly, scary. Kept shouting "not my problem, not my problem!". Eventually he let him on. Then 2 girls ran up when just about to drive off, saying they couldn't find where to wait which wasn't surprising at all. Then the driver kicked off again shouting at them shouting "your responsibility to find the bus!" I willl never use this bus again. No way!!

“Bus never came”

Booked the bus from Baker Street to Stanstead but it never showed up, the next one on the schedule was already 15 minutes left when I decided to take the train from Liverpool street. Nearly missed my flight. Contacted them twice to get a refund and never got an answer. Avoid at all cost.

“take the train”

take the train instead Booked easybus Gatwick to Waterloo on May 29 2015. Company changed the time of my bus to an hour later which was no use to us, so we took the train instead. I didn't even ask for a refund, just for a voucher for another occasion. Customer services ignored two emails, didn't even bother to reply. Avoid this company at all costs, ,they certainly aren't bothered about you.

“Never turned up!”

I so wished I had read this review website before I booked my Stanstead to Old Street journey with Easybus. They didn't turn up. When the next bus turned up, they took people who were stranded from other busses and from their on on time bookings. I missed the show I had travelled to London to see. They did send another bus, the drivers don't care, though by the looks of this site, they are probably thick skinned by now. Avoid this company like the plague!!! The return journey was ok but I will never take the risk again. Book with a reputable company.

“DO NOT USE EASYBUS --- EVER !!!! ”

Our bus did not arrive. When the next Easybus arrived the driver could not tell us why it did not turn up . Furthermore he was fully booked and so was the next one. In the end i put my daughter on the National express bus. I complained,to Easybus through their website, was asked to write a letter to get my money back. I never heard from them nor did I ever receive a refund for a bus that never turned up. VERY VERY VERY disappointed. Use another service.

“Not enough buses to cover timetable”

Geneva - Chamonix transfer, 1 hour late on departure, no information from agent (claims indeterminate delay caused by traffic, christmas, weather, etc.). Chamonix - Geneva transfer, 2 hour late, no agent, one driver shows 30 minutes after stated departure time, give no useful information before logging of for the day and leaving a dozen stranded passengers at station. Timetable is a figment of imagination (admitted by drivers), not enough vehicles or drivers to cover advertised departures in timetable. Other party of six had to leave Chamonix with taxi to make airline departure time (cost approximately EUR 260). The business model is obviously not based on a truthful representation of the company operation and it's ability to meet commitment. The owner is apparently a billionaire. A ashamed one I hope.

“pay more BUT NEVER NOT USE EASY BUS”

IF you want to miss your fly and to pay more....you can use them, but think because can cost you more than 500/1000GBR or more!!!!! I lost 500GBR using them because the bus come on 8/Decem/2014 at 4.30am on Victoria station and me and more than 20 people left there, /bus driver told us waiting for next bus at 5.30 !!!!/ We run to the station and pay 30GBR for first train but I miss my fly and don't know about other but was really horrible. I reading the review and I wonder if there is a place where we can complain to get the full refund and to stop this company doing that with us

“NEVER USE EASY BUS”

If I may advice you guys, do use EASY BUS NEVER AND EVER. I normally use an other transport companies to go to London airports, such as NATIONAL EXPRESS or TERRAVISION, and I have never had a problem with them. They are cheaper and punctual than Easy Bus. And of course a more serious and responsible companies. Now I'm telling you my experience with Easy Bus: I arrived to the bus stop 15 min before departure. The bus arrived 50 min. late. In spite of this I had enough time to arrive to the airport and take my flight because I was arriving to the airport 2 hours before my flight take off. But the most unbelievable fact is not that the bus arrived almost 1h late to the bus stop but the bus driver, who did not even speak English, didn't know the way to Stansted Airport. He spent 2 hous in arriving to the airport, when the schedule was 1 hour. Also the bus driver put every passanger in danger when he passed the exit to the airport and drove in reverse 300m in a highway. Of course I lost my flight and I had to pay an other flight to a different city because there wasn't a flight to my city at that time. Also I had to pay an hotel and a 50€ train ticket to my city the next day and I lost a day work too. I claimed to EASY BUS company for my money back but they didn't have the decency even for answering my claim. So I try to denounce them but they said they are not responsible for anything could happen during the trip. So I tell you guys, If you can choose, and of course you have better offers in London, do not use this UNRELIABLE company.

“NEVER use this company!”

Me and 3 other people arrived at the Stansted airport on 15th October at 9pm, we had booked the easybus for 10pm, but decided to wait for an early bus. There was about 10 people waiting, but no sight of any bus. Most of them left after an hour or so... Several busses for Old street arrived and I tried to get some explanation from the drivers but they were extremely rude and not helpfull at all, pretended not to know anything. At 11.30 (2,5 hours later!) the bus arrived at last. And it was the same driver I previously asked for information. He told us we had to wait for all passengers who had tickets for that hour to get on and if there is place he would take us on too. I told him we've been waiting for almost 3 hours and he responded we should be happy he would take us at all, cause it's been more than an hour since our booked time. For our return flight we decided to take a taxi, since we didin't want to miss our flight. I seriously cannot believe their company is still running. And I cannot believe people can be this rude... Never book this company, if you don't want to loose your nerves!

“dreadfull, unprofessional, unreliable company”

I paid money for travelling to & from Gatwick airport. I was given wrong date for return when I reported the wrong date I was asked to write to an address and ask for refund. I wrote letter and send e mails. All my e mails were ignored I did not receive refund. Their customer service is most appalling and purchasing tickets from them total waste of valuable time. I spent lots of time, paid for paper,envelope&postage stamp and time sending e mails. When the price is cheap there is a catch. It is customers who pay&lose to company like easybus.

“Terrible experience.... "your bus wont be coming"”

Very disappointed with easybus service. I had a flight on 02/10/14, and booked my easybus ticket from london to luton. The bus did not show up at all. Waited there for more than an hour. No number to ring, no customer service to contact. Everyone in the stop was confused and stressed that we will miss out flights. There were National Express stopping at the stop, but they said that cant do anything about it, but 10 minutes later they sent a national express bus to pick all of us and take us to the airport and they said that out bus wont be coming..... how stupid? ... Which leaves five stars to national express, and zero for easybus. WONT BE USING THIS SERVICE ANYMORE... Shame on you....

“WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!”

Our Easybus arrived in London 10 minutes late to take us to Gatwick airport. This did not seem bad until the driver told us that he was the service that was supposed to have arrived half an hour before our service (making him 40 minutes late). We got on that service along with 7 others at 8.05AM. The driver made his way out of London towards the M25 where there was traffic due to a section of the motorway being closed off. The traffic officer informed the driver of the best way to get to the airport. Upon looking at the map on my iPhone, I could see that this wouldn't be much of a delay to our service. The driver, who didn't speak a word of English, nodded and proceeded the way the traffic officer had told him. ONLY to take a wrong turn on a roundabout and then turn all the way back around BACK INTO the traffic we had just escaped. Instead of realising his error he continued in the due opposite direction of gatwick airport for about 30 minutes. People on the bus tried to tell him he was going the wrong way but he couldn't understand and kept telling people to sit down. He then pulled over in a random village and made a phonecall. Then understanding he had made several massive mistakes, he went back towards the airport. Only by now, the new route which he was to take had a lot of congestion (remember that we were never meant to be on this road In the first place). We arrived at Gatwick airport at 11.30AM, 2 HOURS AND 10 MINUTES late!!! Everyone except me missed their flight. The driver didn't communicate with us once during the journey, neither did he apologise, or provide us with his details when asked. People had to pay out a lot of money that day, not because of traffic, or the M25 but because the driver was insufficiently trained on the knowledge of the local roads (he should know what to do if the M25 is closed), and he spoke insufficient English to be able to communicate with the passengers. THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!

“Cheap driver with cheap attitude ”

We were at bus stop 15 minutes before the given time but the rude driver was late and didnt apologise. We had a ticket but unfortunately it didnt have time written in it despite it saying " print and take this ticket with you" and we did print and take it. When we showed it to him he said he will only allow us if we show The ticket with time printed. It took time for us to open my email in my iPhone and show him the email and guy didnt even bother waiting and jst left. I agree it's cheap but the driver have no manners. I was very disappointed by the service. I have the picture of the bus number plate and the driver and wuld be happy to send it to the company for further action.

Bought a ticket to use easy bus scheduled for Friday around 6/7 in the morning. Will this be a reliable service and get me into London on time? Not sure now I've read the reviews. Thanks!
