Great complex! Very clean, big rooms and very friendly staff. The food was also good. Beautifull pool area. Really no complaints, we had a fantastic holiday at Lemas Suites!!!

Well we went bed & breakfast at the Lemas, we usually always go self catering but thought we'd try saving a bit of cash by having breakfast in the apartments, assuming we'd still have some sort of catering tools and space in the room, how wrong could I be. We were over the road in the smaller block of rooms. When we walked in, I could not believe how tiny the 'room' was. It was a room, a square smaller than my bedroom at home with a bathroom built into that space. There was no fridge or cutlery, glasses or even a living area or table or anything. We were miles from side centre, had to taxi it, gravel stoney tracks all around, cut my feet so many times. In my opinion things are overpriced & staff barely speak English.

This is and will always be a relaxing hotel, with mainly friendly staff, the rooms are probably the best in their class, clean and roomy!! We have been here for 2 years on the trot, and we have had an excellent time. The rooms are really spacious and generally the staff are friendly. We were self catering and this was a good option. The food, especially the pizzas and fried egg on toast were excellent. I would agree that the all inclusive is not they way to go. You have a choice of 2 pools, one of which is very mellow, so if you do not want music, then go across the road. The guy in the shop was really helpful and the shops/restaurants are not that far away either. Being pestered by people to get you into their restaurants is no different to any where in Europe. All in all this was our second time here and we thoroughly enjoyed our time Entertainment is poor, day time activities is poor. Generally the staff are good. If you want a lively hotel then "Lemas is not for you". Lemas is a relaxing hotel where you can do want you want. Be careful of your bar bill(you must pay it off daily)

We had a fantastic time on our holiday at the Lemas Suites. The weather was great, staff were extremely friendly, food was lovely, hotel rooms were clean and had good space, you're only a walk from the main part of Side and overall we had a brilliant holiday.

Couldn't agree more with the other review, I cannot believe anyone would be satisfied with this hotel. We had a horrible week and we were very glad to get home. You were miles away from anything. You felt trapped in the hotel. The Lemas Suites overcharged us by quite a large amount and could not understand English so we had no option but to pay. Don't even think about venturing into town with kids. It's really scary and you will be harassed and followed down the street by people trying to get you into their restaurants. There is virtually nothing to do at the hotel but sit by the pool and listen to the same music CD over and over again into the early hours of the morning. We were self catering and went hungry some nights because we couldn't face trying to get a meal anywhere. My daughter was in tears the last night and desperate to get home. Beware, you have been warned.

This hotel is definitely not all inclusive. I returned to England and to add to a bad experience, my wife suffered from a very bad case of food poisoning.
