Playa Del Ingles, Walhalla Apartments

Nice apartment but lacked basic cooking facilities, all were available at ridiculous hire rates, we should be told this at the time of booking at the travel agents. Nice friendly receptionist and cleaners, have to admit though that the pool was FREEZING, this hotel is ideally located as only 5 mins from sea and major shopping centre

Generally we would go back to Gran Canaria and Playa del Ingles as it is a lovely place, but we would not go back to the Walhalla apartments. At the end of our weeks holiday, both mine and my partners mobile phones were stolen out of our apartment. After complaining about it, we found out that another 8 phones had been stolen, as well as English money, Euros and jewellery from other rooms. When we complained about this the receptionist on duty had a bad attitude and did not help at all. Our phones were not returned to us.
