Gouves, Klio Apartments

quietly located, lovely atmosphere, which i may add was brought about by the ever friendly pool bar staff. I have to say they made us feel so at home that myself and my mate have already booked to come back next year!! u can be guaranteed the staff will cheer u up and can count on them for a good laugh. all in all, a fantastic holiday, would definitely recommend it. see u all next year.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Klio. I would recommend this to anyone, although there isn't much to do in the evenings; the apartments are close to the beach and other facilities. Also, staff were great and rooms were well kept. I will definitely be returning in summer 2009!

The rooms in bad need of redecoration. Cleanliness is non-existent. We saw the cleaners, but they only emptied the bins. Nothing else was cleaned in the 2 weeks we stayed at the Klio Apartments in Gouves, Crete. The pool was cleaned by the rep, as the staff were too lazy to do it. We could not smell any chlorine at all.

Room 128 is occupied by a couple who are resident there, obviously worked evenings, as st around 3am in the morning we were woken up by them coming in in high heeled shoes on the tiled floors and stairs. It was so loud, and then there was the music.

Overall the resort was lovely.
