Whilst a 'special' or 'diamond' mobile number my not be everybody's cup of tea, if you are in the market for such a thing I can thoroughly recommend Diamond Numbers. I have recently purchased two numbers from them, and have found the experience a pleasure from start to finish. You decide from the web site which number you would like, and either buy it online, or reserve it and complete the sale over the phone. Diamond Numbers then call you and arrange for a PAC code for your new number and transfer it to the network of your choice within about 7-10 days. They then post your new Sim via 'special delivery' to your home address ready for use. It couldn't be simpler!!

They are based in Manchester and are contactable through the website or via an 0845 number!
