The remarkable cover of "Betcha, By Golly Wow" is a truly amazing piece, given a melancholic jazz treatment that offers an emotional rush when the vocals slide in.

Much of the record is propelled by Buie's piano playing, and it perfectly captures the emotions of the songs, from joy ("Nica's Dream") to sentimental reflection ("Georgia").
