I have been flying with Cyprus Airways for the last 10 years and I too have noticed a remarcable decline in the quality of customer service. The tickets are overpriced and the quality of the service is extreemly poor. You are always faced with moody and rude cabin crew. The entertainment systems are very unreliable and the food is very mediocre. Overall I would not reccommned CY airways and I would suggest that people travel with alternative cheaper airlines where at least what you pay for is waht you get.

Yes it seems to be the case now with them,I've been using them for over 12 years,but time is up for them,easyjet from now on.

I travel with Cyprus airways for 10 years now and indeed l have noticed serious decline in services, food, punctuality etc . I am disappointed, it used to be such a good choice for EU flights. I have to mention that they have became extremely expensive. The last ticket l purchased SKG-PFO-SKG from Thessaloniki to Paphos cost 385EUR which is quite a lot.( half of my monthly salary!) The food is catastrophe, they shouldn't serve food at all instead of that pathetic 'snack'. Too bad that we don't have many alternatives from Thessaloniki to Paphos. Also I don't even want to remember the delay of 11 hrs in Makedonia Airport last Xmas.
