The mobile phone I received had two different IMEI numbers and wasn't unlocked as advertised. Phone was returned as instructed and then nothing! Repeated requests for an update got me no where. Had to file a Paypal dispute in order to get a refund. Buyers beware.

I've been a loyal customer to Handtec having bought a few phones from them. When I had to return a phone I recently bought for the second time due to a screen fault, they suddenly 'could not see the issue' despite a clear explanation and a photo I sent to them. They ignored my request to speak with the manufacturer and suggested to settle the case for a 8% restocking fee. I agreed and that was my mistake. They charged 8% plus all the courier charges incurred. This was way more than 8% in the end. So my gripes are: - Handtec ignoring ('failing to see') the fault, and - Charging me more than had been agreed on the return. A shame since previously all the experience had been positive. Well, except sending a phone in an open box w/o stating that the box is open, and (!) the box did not have battery in it. They did post the battery as I spoke with them though so I consider it a non-issue. Cheap prices you pay have some lining behind it apparently even with this company which is a shame since I liked to buy here in the past.

I found on there website the phone I wanted and cheaper than Amazon. I placed my order with a Visa International issued in France as I did so any times in the UK with companies such as Amazon, Easyjet, NationalExpress,etc (as it said "International", once you passed the security ckecks, you can use it anywhere in the World). But with Handtec, they want to know more personnal details despite my phone call to reassure them. They wasted my time and I have to cancel my order at the end. The fact that they accepted so promptly my cancellation, I wonder if they had the item in the first place.

Package was shipped the next day. Courier company (DPD) tried to deliver to wrong address two days running and finally returned to Handtec without advising me. Handtec ignored my emails requesting status until I had spoken directly with courier company. I've now been told by Handtec that they will redeliver only once they have recived the goods back from courier. If it happens, delivery time would be in excess of a week. Would have liked tro be kept informed, and for Handtec to take some responsibility for their agent.

Delivery was on time but there was a problem with receiving messages, phone returned and it was over a week before they even checked the phone and 11 days to return after altering settings to resolve problem. It was never fully explained why the settings required changed and I suspect that perhaps phone was not new but a return from another customer, the box was not sealed. Price OK, delivery Ok, but beware of poor post sales service.

Ordered CoPilot 7 to work on my symbian phone. Unpacked , the quick install guide was not in English , installed memory card and nothing happened ! checked the files on the card and found an .EXE file and no .sis file........returned to handtec. It is a big let down when you don't get what you ordered.

I've ordered a screen protector from Handtec www.handtec.co.uk. The screen protector that arrived with the main package was wrong. I had to send it back and paid for special delivery because Handtec wouldn't provide a return envelope. They sent another screen protector in exchange. Yet AGAIN it was for another model even though I provided detailed instructions!!!! Now they are asking me to contact their customer service, but I just don't want to spend my further time and money for something that should have cost me 2 pounds and already turned out 4 times as expensive. Be careful when ordering accessories as you may receive ones that are not fit for the model.
Customer service is poor!!!!They should review their return policy and send a correct item together with a return envelope if a customer received an incorrect item because of incompetency of their own staff.

how can that be the fault of Handtec? seems like a co-pilot fault to me.
