At least since 2009, Unilever got rid of the unique, mild eugenol/menth, non-minty flavour which was akin to the dentists paste, and the waiting room. Instead, they brought in unoriginal mint-flavoured paste. Other than Johnson & Johnsons Euthymol, EVERY other toothpaste is mint, so why get rid of it? SR (used to be red and white stripe freshmint) was taken over by mentadent and that's all you can buy in UK now. It's wick.

Did you know, Unilever, that you were unequalled in as far as the taste goes. No one in the market makes toothpaste so tasty and so unique as you did a few years ago. Bring it back.............please

i used mentadent P original toothpaste 3 times a day when it was the original flavour i cant believe they call it an improvement it tastes stale and nasty i liked it as i don't like things that are minty and things that were overpowering i am not going to use the 'improved' one i will definitely be sending a letter of complaint.
