I can’t recommend them enough..! I am a very happy customer..! The service I received was FIRST CLASS..! They look at everyone’s situation deeply and in person, not only the credit score..! They want to help and they have a positive attitude..! They are very different from any other car loan company, and I have dealt with many..! I would like to say a massive thanks to the person I dealt with who has been helping me throughout my application process day to day. My circumstances are slightly improving but the past still lingers unfortunately hence why I couldn't reach out to the normal companies. Ive just taken delivery of a stunning Jaguar XF this morning, one and a half days from my first initial phone enquiry on Thursday afternoon. The lovely guy who dealt with me was a helpful, accommodating, humorous and friendly chap. At that to a clear communicative manner and professional knowledge, that I was surprised how quickly we moved on. What I liked most about the person I dealt with (apart from the banter) was he had no judgemental attitude, even when I explained that my circumstances had changed in recent times. He reassured me and more importantly, pushed on with searching vehicles I had asked for and more importantly, looking for financial deals that were fair. I was amazed that firstly I got accepted but secondly and more importantly, that it was a fair deal and not astronomic interest rates etc. he very much kept to his word on all of those important promises. Another nice chap, delivered my car to my door, in good humour and prompt time. He went through paperwork and payment procedure with me as well the HP agreement, all done professionally and with good banter. He was genuinely appreciative of me giving him a lift to the Train station, which I was very glad to do so as he had been so helpful and professional. Thanks a lot him. The omission I made was not asking the driver for a driving lesson as the Jag is like climbing into a 'techno cockpit' against my old Merc' lol. I am joking of course lol. Thanks to the person I dealt with for such a helpful, fair and professional transaction, with a kind and humorous attitude that put me at ease. Yes, indeed a lovely surprise that has taken worry away from my knowing and wondering, how I was going to replace my old and failing vehicle. You delivered mightily mate!!!! Excellent customer service from start to finish. My credit rating is probably one of the worst you will see. I even got refused from Moneybarn! Then I was passed on to an advisor at Accept Car Credit and after a few emails back and forth with my documents - I was approved! All done 48hrs then I found a nice car from a major dealer and the finance was then organised between the dealer and Accept Car Credit! This company has been on the market for some time and from what I hear and from my very own experience, they have a reputable name with first class service and most of all for people with bad credit, they look at other factors other than a computer generated score!! Genuine old fashioned lending and to be honest although the APR isn't the same as your walk in and drive away type finance - it's done fast, securely and most of all you get the car you want at a cost that won't break the bank. Hi, as steed in the heading I have a poor credit history but george at accept car credit history was confident he could help me obtain finance, george kept me up to date with my application very often, the whole process from my first call to purchasing my car took less than a week. Yes, I am paying a higher interest rate but then I have made mistakes in the past so in George's words " you gotta take your medicine" ! keeping to this new credit agreement will help repair my credit file too. This is the second time I have used accept car credit, having had a good customer experience the first time round. Neil is always helpful and efficient. Yes I know the APR is high but this is the price you pay for a poor credit history.
