Deuchars Ipa Is An Old Recipe Resurrected By The E
Deuchars IPA is an old recipe resurrected by the excellent Caledonian Brewery in Edinburgh. IPA stands for 'India Pale Ale' in memory of the fact that it is a style of beer developed for export to India in the days of the Raj, light flavoured and refreshing for the hot Indian days.
It has a wonderful gentle nutty flavour and slides down a treat, just the job at the end of a working day while I make the tea. Most of the supermarkets stock it for around £1.69 or so and it really is a good beer for the price. I like to try other things but this is just so reliable. Try it! You won't regret it.

I'm pleased to hear that you enjoy Deuchers IPA Beer. I never knew exactly what the IPA initials stood for, but cheers for the info. Down at our local pub, myself and my husband drink Deuchers ale on draught whenever it is available. Our local is a real ale pub, and therefore it will always have a guest ale on offer, with one of these being Deuchers. We both enjoy the fruity, nutty taste too.
