8 DAY'S LATER NO DELIVERY, LOG'D IN TO MY ACCOUNT TO FIND THAT MY ORDER STATUS SHOWS CANCELLED.

TELEPHONE CALLS ATTEMPTED OVER TWO DAYS, GET THROUGH TO AUTOMATED CHOICE OF WHICH DEPARTMENT,HAVE TRIED ALL FOUR, ALL RING OUT.

CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO FIND THAT MY MONEY HAD BEEN RETURNED,6 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE.

GOOD TO GET MONEY BACK BUT BUT TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.

STAY CLEAR IF I WERE YOU.

Ordered goods from their website as they claimed to have the item in stock.

Money was taken out of my account straight away even though the goods had not been dispatched.

After a week the order had not arrived so decided to call them.

Turns out the that goods were NOT in stock but were in fact on order and would not arrive until December. I ordered this part at the end of August!!!!

If I had not chased the order no one would have told me it would take 4 months to arrive!!!!

If you run a business do not order from this company....

I have cancelled the order and will be looking else where for all future items....Please be warned!!!

we have used this company for a few years as a supplier for aerial equipment when needed. Great value, helpful and honest. I would definitley recommend TV aerials.com for any aerial related purchases.

I ordered an item from TV Aerials.com. Two items were delivered and after contacting their customer service about the error, I was asked to return the second one. I ended up being out of pocket when I had to return it at my own expense without getting a refund.

Placed an order with this company. After telling me that they could not supply the item and cancelling my order, they promply despatched the wrong item, charged me for the correct one, and left me to pick up the pieces as by then I had already ordered the the item elsewhere.

It was dispatched quickly and I received it the next day. And it was free delivery, so what more can you ask for? I'll definitely use them again.

I ordered a Humax PVR online late on a Sunday afternoon for normal free delivery, expecting it to take until Monday to be actioned and several days to be delivered. I received an email on Monday indicating that it had been picked for despatch and was going out for delivery on Tuesday – so promptly that I had not made arrangements to be at home. I phoned, and they were able to immediately stop despatch, and rearrange delivery for the following day. It was delivered at 8.30am the following day, Wednesday. So prompt, so flexible and so efficient, I recommend this company to others. And the product was great, too, my 4th Humax and this a duplicate addition to one I already have, but with a bigger hard drive. My only critical comment would be that the website indicates 10 different delivery alternatives, but there was no indication on the actual item page which would be used nor how long it would take.

Was looking for a Humax Freeview HD Twin Tuner PVR and was looking in many places for value for money and service, came across this site and monitored it for a while then once a good offer came out decided to buy the product but ordered on the 17th May 2012 and it arrived via courier the next day at midday all I can say it what a service and thank them very much, now all set for the switch over, product quality very nice indeed the remote control looks very well laid out. All in all very happy.

Humax Foxsat 1TB ordered at 1230 on Monday and in my hands (free delivery) before 1400 on Tuesday. InterlinkExpress was courier - their tracking system specifies the one hour slot delivery will take place which is really helpful. My first purchase from this firm and a very good buying experience.
