Would recommend the furniture but feature deco really need to work on their customer care. I waited almost 2 weeks for someone to get back to me and by then the other item of furniture had sold out. The delivery firm were also awful and kicked the boxes and furniture into our drive and damaged some of the furniture...I haven't heard back from customer service regarding how they would remedy this.

Ordered the Woburn Deluxe 10 seater dining set on 23 April 2014 with lead time end of May. Finally received the set on 25 June more than two months after money taken and after countless calls chasing them for updates. Not once did Feature Deco instigate any calls to me offering updates or apologies for delays. Very very poor service when spending £1200. There was a point during the last month when my husband doubted we would ever see the furniture. Too much hassle experienced to ever consider recommending to friends/family.

Before I ordered, I wish I'd read the advice in the review below which I repeat here:
Awful company - zero customer service - when you do get through to somebody they are rude and unhelpful. their terms and conditions conflict with the distance selling regulations - and after 90 days I have still to receive a refund. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and if I could give them zero stars, I would do. Avoid like the plague.
I ordered a small item on 21st February. Today, on 18th March, 2011, I am still waiting. I stayed in yesterday and today awaiting a supposed delivery and was told that the delivery van was stuck in traffic and tyhe driver had called all the customers to keep them informed. Nobody called me.
Their customer service (a very unhelpful guy called Martin) told me today I'll get it on Tuesday but I do not believe their lies anymore. The company deserves to go out of business!

Orderd bunk beds that were in stock on web site. They then rang to say that they would be 6 weeks before delivery. When we did get them they were incomplete. Been chasing for 4 weeks the missing parts and still waiting. Seems no sense of urgency. Would not recomend to anyone!
