“Worst dealer ever. ”

Worst dealer ever.
We saw a car on Friday evening and liked it, we put a down payment for it (which we thought is refundable, as it is in other dealerships).
Over weekend we decided against purchase and we called him on Monday and surprisingly he didn't return our down payment.
Later I heard that he has done that to other people too.
I don't recommend buying from him.
