Super Shuttle, New York Hotel Shuttle to Manhattan Review

May 19th 2011 -Wished I could give them a ZERO rating ! Do yourself a HUGE favour & avoid this company like the plague ! For peace of mind we prebooked online for a Super shuttle pickup from Newark airport.Told to go to Super Shuttle desk & promised would wait 5 -15 minutes tops.There is definately NOT a specific Super Shuttle desk just a general transportion desk & you are told to go to free call phone & call 29 for the pickup.1st call told be 5 mins,2nd call told another 10 mins,3rd call told 15- 20 mins - 4th call told driver is walking now.Suffering from jetlag & no sleep & just want to get to our holiday apartment so eventually go back to desk & the 2 lovely ladies understood how frustrated we were so one walked outside with me & said that is where driver is supposed to park & he is not there so they are BS you ! We had to wait a full 55 minutes for a driver to arrive & was full 1 hour after we called that we took off.This company are blatant liars & will tell you anything.It is very obvious that they will NOT do a pickup until they have a full bus going in your direction into New York.Whatever you do steer clear of this company,just front up at the main desk at the airport,pick up the brochures for the other companies & ask for pick up.Do not pre pay & definately don't go with Super Shutttle.Bad enough when arriving but no way would I trust them to get us back to the airport on time to connect with a domestic or International flight.
