Delivery takes too long. Other websites its about 3 days but here its a week. They say they use Hermes (has a bad reputation themselves) but a man in a random unmarked car delivered mine! The clothes are overpriced for the quality they are. Why do we get such poor service now and are expected to pay over the odds for it?
