I've recently had a lot of trouble concerning my account. I had my money withdrawn without my knowledge, and only realised when I received my statement. Naturally I was very upset, so I went to the branch close to work, to query what had happened. I was hoping it was a misprint, but sadly this was not the case. It turned out this was a case of fraudulent activity. I filled out forms to launch an enquiry, and was told I would hear from them as soon as they found anything out.

I waited two days and heard nothing, so I decided to go to my local branch and question why this was allowed to happen in the first place. To my surprise they had already got me my money back, and had sacked the person who was responsible for it. I have to say although I was very angry that this was allowed to happen, they did solve the problem very quickly. So I have decided to stay with them, because I have not heard of many banks returning money to its rightful owner so quickly, if ever.
