Ryan Air changed my flight times by 3 hours such that I could no longer make the flights. I was given no compensation or the opportuntiy to change flight details, despite the fact that I was fully entitled to these according to their terms and conditions. The reason for this was because my friend with whom I had booked the flights accepted the flight details (she thought for herself - there was no indication that she was also accepting changes to my flight). The woman I spoke to on the phone was entirely unhelpful. I have now paid £150 for a ticket I cannot use.

A vast amount of airlines do this and is often done when the flights haven't been on sale very long, that's why I don't book too soon as this can happen, its rare but it does occur with many airlines.
