Awful Awful Awful. I called them to order an item, I explained that it was extremely urgent. They assured me it would be with me within 3-5 days, so I went ahead. After 5 days.. nothing arrived. After many phone calls to them, they kept assuring me my order was going to arrive 'soon'. Waited... nothing arrived... kept calling and they kept assuring me I'd receive it soon.. nothing arrived... then after more waiting, still no sign of my delivery, I call them up again, they insist that my order will be with me soon. Still nothing arrived.. a few days later, I called up again, same story. I asked them to please double check, they put me on hold and then suddenly tell me they're out of stock! I'm still waiting for my refund. Complete waste of time..
