“Viva-Holidays did not informed us late of an upcoming...”

Viva-Holidays did not informed us late of an upcoming strike in Greece that meant we had to arrange for alternative accommodation at the airport when our flight was cancelled. While some were informed of the trouble and stayed on their hotels for an extra day, we were dragged all the way to the airport to be told the flights have been cancelled.

They also do not have an online payment gateway and I doubt they have secure facilities to store customer information. Beware.
