I ordered a Canon Lagria HFS21, Jessops put my item on back order and would be delivered within 28 days, I was promised that my camcorder would be with me by the 12th May, still out of stock, checked with Canon UK they have no problems with delivery and this item was in stock, checked with Amazon.co.uk and Warehouseexpress.com and guest what, they have no problem with delivery and in stock, so, what are Jessops playing at, I have checked with other reviews, loads of Jessops customers have the same problems, I would not recommend Jessops, The J stands for Joke, will I use Jessops again, NO, they don't know what customer service means.
