We have also had a bad experience - we are still waiting for payment of £93 nearly 2 months after sending the phone. We have provided them with 2 sets of account details as they said our banks (Barclays and First Direct) weren't accepting the BACs payments and now they say they will send a cheque.
We have had to chase for info at every stage and I don't believe a cheque will be sent.
If you have issues with this company, report them to Trading Standards - I've done this today and they advise that they can't do anything about the company until they have received a number of complaints against it.
