We were very skeptical about installing our windows and spoke with 3 companies (Staybrite, Anglian and Amber). We went with Amber as they seemed the most professional, had been in business for 20 years and price wise they slightly edged it.



Amber seemed better in getting a quicker installation which is what we were after and the installers were tidy and polite.



We were also told that a joint sitting with my wife present was their company policy and I was told that the sales reps are all commission only and when the see one they almost always have to close the deal and make another visit as the wife usually has the final word (she does in my house !).



Our installation was done 3 weeks ago and we are extremely happy and have had follow up calls from the Head Office Customer Service department making sure we are happy with everything which is good. We did have 1 call asking whether we want a quote for a conservatory and we said no and to take us off the list and that has been actioned.



Well done Amber - an excellent company to deal with and I would definitely recommend them.
