Ordered flowers, a card and chocolate for my girlfriend to be delivered to her house. Order was made on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. Tuesday morning I made a call to Interflora, which was answered straight away, and asked them if they could make the delivery at 5:30 p.m. or there would be no one to collect the flowers. They rang the florist and arranged this. Everything was delivered on time! The flowers were great, my girlfriend sent me a picture. Overall, excellent customer service and good product, although maybe slightly overpriced but I had a voucher to use anyway!
