sir we had booked a tour to Mauritius. my name is HARI BHATIA with total member 10. we had booked this tour trough your Kalyan ofice on 10/3/11 and paid rs 75000/= advance tour from 16th may to 22nd may there after we paid full foreign currency US$ 5255 TO MY UTTER SURPRISED since last 7 days iam regularly following to take my balance amount and give my confirmed air ticket and sofitel hotel voucher NIraj one of your OFFICIAL called me and admitted his mistake and demanded additional surcharge which we are not liable to pay PLEASE SORT THIS MATTER MOST URGENTLY HARI BHATIA

its true that no one of cox and king sales reprasantative giving a correct advise to the coustomer...actually cal center fellows telling something different matter and the office barrers asking some thing different .,,,,its too horrable ..totally fade up with mumbai branch executive...i advise that please dont talk with call centers, booked your toure your self direct from clearify our problems..
